israel soldiers and the illegal ocu[pationI think If Israel wants to survive, it needs to decide on one state, or two. If one state, then it`ll be a majority Arab state. That`s the reality. Without a viable Palestine next to Israel, there won`t be a Jewish & democratic Israel within a few years.

Clinton had a talk with The Foreign Lobby AIPAC and notably did not pull her punches on the issue when she addressed the pro-Israel group, warning that whether Israelis like it or not, “the status quo” is not sustainable. The drawing of such lines by the administration has been noticed in the Middle East.

but That’s the whole mid-east issue since 1967. Either annex or give back the land. They don’t want to annex because of an arab majority. They don’t want to give back the land because God says its theirs.  So instead you have millions of occupied Palestinians with no freedom, and an endless conflict until Israel steps up to the plate and makes some compromise s/decisions.

Israeli policies have transcended personal affront and have been an embarrassment to American officials ” their only true friends” and are causing the United States real pain beyond the Arab-Israeli arena.

Sometimes true friends are the ones who tell you the truth

Supporters of IsraelIf you listen to supporters of Israel, they essentially act as if Americans criticizing the Jewish nation is akin to committing treason against the United States.

Sorry, folks. Israel, no matter how close an ally of America, should not expect the United States to act as if everything it does is fine.

The decision by the Israeli government to announce the building of 1,600 homes in the disputed area of East Jerusalem while Vice President Joe Biden was in the country to move forward the Israeli-Palestinian peace process was a slap to the United States. (more…)

Israel Land GrabContinuing to build settlements (illegal settlements) in the West Bank, and even housing in disputed East Jerusalem, is sheer madness. Yasir Arafat accepted that Jewish suburbs there would be under Israeli sovereignty in any peace deal that would also make Arab parts of East Jerusalem the Palestinian capital. Israel’s planned housing expansion now raises questions about whether Israel will ever be willing to concede a Palestinian capital in Arab neighborhoods of East Jerusalem — a big problem.

Israel has already bitten off plenty of the West Bank. If it wants to remain a Jewish democracy, its only priority now should be striking a deal with the Palestinians that would allow it to swap those settlement blocs in the West Bank occupied by Jews for an equal amount of land from Israel for the Palestinians and then reap the benefits — economic and security — of ending the conflict. Sen. Joe Lieberman Loves Israel’s “Illegal Occupation” or  land thefts as is considered by the United Nations.

Sen. Joe Lieberman and The Dual Loyalty ProblemSen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) is one of Congress’ biggest Israel hawks that love Israel long time , and sometimes more than he should. in ways that i sometimes think makes him forget he is an American first and an Israeli second or did he forget? he must keep in mind that by pushing America to favor Israel as it ignores the atrocities committed  against the Palestinians  by  Israel he is putting America in danger to an attack by groups that believe Palestine should not be illegally occupied by Israel. Fake Catholic Tony Blair Working For Israel

Israel has deliberately sabotaged peace in the region with its murder . It is for this reason that, should Interpol’s’ investigations reveal that Mossad was involved in the assassination of Al-Mabhouh, Israel should immediately apologize to the Emirate and to the people of Israel for deceiving them.

In spite of being frequently hailed as the only democracy in the Middle East, Israel does not believe in trials, judgments, convictions and sentencing – it acts as judge, jury and executioner.

And now the fake new Catholic Tony Blair said on Saturday he hoped Israelis and Palestinians would resume peace negotiations within weeks. (more…)

The U.N. General Assembly in New York City in September, when Erdogan was the only world leader to allude to Gaza in his speech. He also told reporters that “there should be accountability for anyone guilty of war crimes in Gaza.

” Days earlier, Davutoglu had canceled a trip to Israel after being refused permission to visit the Gaza Strip. “Not being allowed to visit Gaza was the last straw,” says Sahin Alpay, a political science professor at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul. “That, combined with the Gaza attacks last year and the [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu government’s refusal to freeze settlement activity in the West Bank — they all added up.”

This from a country that has rules of not mixing religion with politics is very telling. especially for a country that in the past had looked away at Israels War crimes.

  1. No Public Option for Health Care: It wont be real reform if this is not included.
  2. Obama Admin Urges Israeli-Palestinian Final-Status Talks, but Abandons Insistence on Israeli Settlement Freeze: you cant have peace if you cant stop Israel from taking more land from the Palestinians.
  3. Failed To Push For Comprehensive Immigration reform: Millions of immigrants are being used for cheap labor and are not being brought into the American fold , thus they cant contribute with taxes and such.

Obama drops demand that Israel freeze settlements - Israel should not expect Palestinians will be happy , if someone stole your land and America gave the ok , would you be happy with that country?

Obama is putting this country at risk , it is not our war. Palestinians have the right to resist illegal occupation.

Netanyahu would take more land from the Palestinians regardless of what the people in D.C or the world think.

JERUSALEM – The front-runner in Israel’s election said in an interview published Monday that he would let Jewish settlements expand in the West Bank if he’s elected prime minister, threatening to put him at odds with the “Obama administration”.

Netanyahu, who is already a critic of U.S.-sponsored peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians, was quoted by the Haaretz daily as saying he would allow the Jewish settlements to expand to accommodate “natural growth” — building new housing to accommodate growing families among the settlers.

Such growth, however, is ruled out in the internationally backed “road map” peace plan that serves as the basis for negotiations.
