the economist hates latin america?

You cant really be surprised at a conservative magazine spewing anti Latin American rants on its pages or online. remember , they are mainly republican/conservatives writers and if you look at the republican rants from the GOP and with  its xenophobia against immigrants you would not be as surprised by it.

The Economist: It’s a tough life being a Latin American president nowadays, with so many summits to go to. The latest, involving 32 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, took place this week in Playa del Carmen, a resort on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.

South American Unity Summit

Representatives of 32 countries are gathering on Mexico’s Caribbean coast for the Unity Summit of Latin America and the Caribbean starting Monday.

South American Unity Summit in Mexico, where the goal is to create an alternative group to the OAS. the new group has yet to be named.

Before you start to Bash this (South American Unity Summit) party ,  its in America’s  interest to have the South American country’s  united in goals that are beneficial to each member that in turn could help in economic growth. plus they should  be able to fix their own problems with out being helped , then used when it’s convenient to America’s interest.

After all , you cant tell them to fix their problems and then have America involved in every decision in South America.
