Other countries don’t want to become a killing field for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict but Mossad doesn’t mind one bit , after all most countries fear being called Anti Semitic and would rather look the other way in regards to Israels illegal occupation of Palestine.

The exiled Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal has  suggested that the current fighting between Hamas and Israel will become more regional. In an interview with the London-based al-Hayat newspaper, Mr Mashaal said that future wars with Israel would not be fought solely in the Gaza Strip.

“Israel moved the battlefield abroad, but our retaliation will be in the country,” Mashal stated. “Hamas can strike Tel Aviv if its wants to, the al-Qassam Brigades might surprise us with an unexpected quality of action.”

Mashal also stated that by targeting and killing Hamas leaders in exile, Israel practically stepped-up its assaults and expanded the range of its attacks. “Therefore, we will step-up the struggle to counter the Israeli aggression.”

Hamas political bureau head, Khalid Mashal, stated Monday, that Hamas will avenge the assassination of one of its leaders in Dubai.

Alan Dershowitz advocating Murder for Israel?

Not all extrajudicial killings are unlawful. especially if they are for Israel , thinks Alan Dershowitz.

Alan Dershowitz: It is against the law of Dubai for an Israeli agent to kill a combatant against Israel while he is in Dubai. So the people who engaged in the killing presumptively violated the domestic law of Dubai, unless there is a defense to such a killing based on international principles regarding enemy combatants.

WTF? your defense is Israel should not abide by any other states laws when looking for a target. murder in another country is still murder. would you like it if Mexico started killing folks in the U.S in the name of its drug war?

Alan Dershowitz:This was not an ordinary murder. It was carried out as a matter of state policy as part of an ongoing war.

correct , Israel wants to stop Hamas from protecting its territorial integrity. why should Palestinians have a homeland ahh?

Alan Dershowitz: Richard Goldstone, in his interviews, has suggested that Israel should protect itself from these unlawful attacks by more proportionate retail measures, such as commando raids and targeted killing of terrorists engaged in the firing of rockets. Well, there could be no better example of a proportionate.

HAMAS: “We have maintained that the confrontation between us and the Israeli enemy be in the occupied land,” said Zahar. “Israel wants to change the rules of the game and to open the international field for battles so it will be responsible for this,” Mahmoud al-Zahar - told reporters

I guess Israel wont mind if Hamas opens a new front in this War. me thinks He’s willing to swallow any atrocity, as long as it’s committed by the Israeli country.

  • other times this guy opened his trap for Israel , Alan Dershowitz argues  that all those civilians being killed in Lebanon may not really be civilians after all: anyone who declines to leave their home despite Israeli orders to do so is, ipso facto, complicit with terrorism and presumably fair game once the Israeli invasion gets under way. How they get totted up after the killing is over depends on where they fall on Dershowitz’s nebulous “continuum.” - more @ washingtonmonthly.com

Murder in Dubai International City

Murder in Dubai International City

Lt. Gen. Dahi Khalfan Tamim told the English-language Abu Dhabi-based newspaper The National that Interpol had issued arrest warrants for 11 Israeli suspects wanted in the killing of Hamas commander Mahmoud Mabhouh, 50, who was found dead in his hotel room Jan. 20.

The United Arab Emirates has legal cooperation with most countries that allows it to ask for their extradition wherever they are caught, Al Humaidan added.

Mr. Mahbouh was a founding member of the movement’s military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, which has carried out scores of attacks against Israel because of its illegal occupation of Palestinian lands. Dubai, part of the United Arab Emirates, enjoys relatively low crime rates, but the city-state has been rocked by a series of high-profile murders in recent years, threatening its law-and-order reputation.

“Our investigations reveal that Mossad is involved in the murder of al-Mabhouh,” Tamim told the newspaper. “It is 99% if not 100% that Mossad is standing behind the murder.”

Israel sought Mabhouh, a native of the Gaza Strip and founder of Hamas’ military wing, for the 1989 kidnappings of two Israeli soldiers that were on illegal occupied lands. Police say he was dead within hours of arriving in Dubai without a security detail from his current home in Damascus, Syria.

Dubai will issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s arrest if it turns out Israeli intelligence was behind last month’s killing of a Hamas strongman, Army Radio reported on Thursday.

“Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, will be the first to be wanted for justice as he would have signed the decision to assassinate [Mahmoud] al Mabhouh in Dubai. Dubai Chief of Police Lieutenant Colonel Dahi Khalfan Tamim warned Hamas and the Mossad on Wednesday against operating on Dubai territory behind the backs of the authorities. “Anyone trying to operate behind our back should watch his own back,” Tamim said to the London-based newspaper El-Shark El-Awsat.

“This applies to all intelligence agencies in the world,” he continued, “whether Mossad, Hamas or any other intelligence organization.”
